California-Baja California Border Environmental
Infrastructure Needs Assessment Report
The California Environmental Protection Agency in cooperation with the
State Water Resources Control Board-Border Affairs Unit and the Baja
California Directorate of Ecology has published the third edition of the
California-Baja California Border Environmental Infrastructure Needs
Assessment Report. The report highlights 51 project proposals along the
California-Baja California Border. It also includes a summary of potential
funding sources from governmental and non-governmental organizations and
binational institutions within the region.
