Unified Program: Revised State Surcharge 2003

Cal/EPA has published the final revised State Surcharges affecting each entity regulated under the Unified Program. The surcharge is used to fund the costs of all State Agencies with Unified Program responsibilities. Certified Unified Program Agencies are responsible for billing and collecting the new surcharges state surcharge as part of their Single Fee System on and after November 18, 2003.

State Surcharge is set as follows:
Hazmat (Formerly “CUPA Oversight” or Part A)	$24.00
Underground Storage Tank  (Formerly Part B)	$15.00
California Accidental Release Prevention Program (Formerly Part D)	$270.00
