Teacher Surveys

Thank you in advance for taking the Teacher Pre-Survey and Post-Survey. Your input is essential for us to evaluate the effectiveness of the EEI Curriculum. Survey results will be used to better implement the curriculum in California classrooms and to gain additional public and private partnerships for continued implementation, including curriculum distribution and teacher training opportunities.

Again, thank you for teaching the EEI Curriculum and helping to increase environmental literacy in California students.

Teacher Pre-Survey

Please complete the Teacher Pre-Survey before teaching the EEI curriculum. If you have already begun teaching EEI Curriculum units in your classroom, but have not yet taken the Teacher Pre-Survey, please take it and respond based upon the conditions and your opinions prior to teaching the EEI Curriculum. The Teacher Pre-Survey will take less than five minutes to complete.

Teacher Post-Survey

Please complete  the Teacher Post-Survey after you have taught all of the EEI Curriculum units you plan to teach for the school year. The survey deadline is no later than the end of your school year or June 30, whichever comes first. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. You don't have to complete the survey all at once - you may stop and start again if you use the same computer and it is set to allow cookies. You might find it helpful to have the units with you to jog your memory. This is not required. Red asterisks by a question mean it must be filled out before you can proceed to the next page.
