The following implementation milestones for the FAIR Program are tentative and subject to change:

May 21, 2002 (Sacramento) & May 22, 2002 (Los Angeles)--Public Stakeholder Workshops
June 10, 2002--Meeting with additional stakeholders
July 8, 2002--Pre-proposal Conference with prospective Respondents
August 12, 2002--Distribution of Request for Qualifications and Proposals
August 26, 2002--Last date for proposers to submit written questions
September 23, 2002--Deadline for submission of proposals
January 24, 2003--Interviews of proposers
June 9, 2003--Provisional Selection of AIG Environmental announced
June through September 2003--Negotiations with AIG Environmental
Target - October 2003--Anticipated agreement with AIG Environmental
Target - October 2003--Notice of Intent to Award Contract(s)
