Find your community on the draft CalEnviroScreen 3.0 map, attend a workshop or webinar this month and provide feedback on the state’s tool used to identify communities that are disproportionally burdened by multiple sources of pollution. This latest version has two new indicators: rent-adjusted income and cardiovascular health. There are now 20 indicators being used to measure environmental quality, socioeconomic conditions and public health. Tell us what you think before the public comment period ends on October 21. Additional information about the webinars and workshops, including optional registration and links for the webinars, is available. Information about how to submit written comments is available on the CalEnviroScreen 3.0 webpage.
