CalEPA Enforcement Reports
The CalEPA Enforcement Reports are a collaborative effort of the Office of the Secretary, the Boards, Departments and Office within the agency and our allied enforcement partners.
The report was created in part to carry out the mandate of Government Code section 12812.2. It provides an overview of enforcement program activities during the 2012 calendar year. All downloadable files are saved as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
October 27-29: Intro to Environmental Crimes Training in Sacramento
Western States Project is hosting a training on October 27-29, in Sacramento (PDF). This is a basic environmental enforcement course designed to give environmental regulators, attorneys and staff an understanding and working knowledge of the process and requirements for successful environmental crimes investigations. Space is limited and the deadline for registration is September 25.
