Enforcement Orders and Judgments

This page provides access to environmental enforcement orders in civil and administrative cases. Cal/EPA Boards and Departments are required to post final enforcement orders on their web site for a period of time not less than one year (Government Code section 6253.8). Most administrative and civil environmental enforcement actions in California are taken by local agencies and are not reported to Cal/EPA. Certain administrative and civil enforcement actions of multi county or statewide interest have been made available to Cal/EPA and are searchable on the link below.
